- Payment: Payment for products must be made in full. Payment for services can be made in full at the time of booking and/or pay the required 50% deposit to book service, balance will be paid the day of service. We accept payment through our website.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

- Cancellation: Customers may cancel their service booking to receive a refund for your appointment booking, please ensure that you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe.

- Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for services if cancelled within 24hrs of appointment time. No refunds will be issued for products due to the nature of our business, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
